Completely custom to your sport or event. Depending on pre or post event we will work on different things. Stretching, moving lymph, blood flow & working through all the layers of your muscles to relive every bit of your body's hard work.

Face Mask And Massage

Hot towel and cleanser is used to wipe away any dirt and get skin ready for your choice of face mask. Sheet mask is left to absorb all the yummy ingredients. Skin treats are carefully massaged into face and neck, topped with an ultra moisturizer. Lymphatic drainage massage pattern per request.

Cupping Therapy

Using cups to create suction on the tissue while massaging allows a breakup between the fibers. After multiple cups are aligned, it creates a false tightness sending a singnal to the brain saying "you are too tight you need to relax" and then your muscles listen to the signal. Gua Sha Therapy

TMJ Add On

This treatment is added on to any booked massage. Jaw pain and tightness can be worked out with careful massage of the structures supporting the TMJ and surrounding muscles.

Keniso Taping

Custom taping session includes stretching, deep tissue massage, and whatever it takes to help pre or post workout/event to get you back to where you need to be as an athlete. Custom cut keniso tape will help support while lightly massaging the area(s). Lasts 3 to 5 days.

Student Massage

School, stress, and sports play a big role in developing muscle and tissues. This massage was designed for students who are ready to de-stress and keep their growing muscles in a healthy range of motion. *Please note this service is for 18 years and under. Minors need written consent.
